Kentucky’s Open Medical Cannabis Dispensaries — October 2026

Kentucky’s medical cannabis program is growing fast. According to the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program’s official dispensary page (kymedcan.ky.gov), 24 dispensaries were open and serving patients as of August 28, 2026.

Here’s the full list — and we’re proud to note that two of them are KCFC sponsors, backing the fight for decriminalization.
