What we’re fighting for
A constitutional amendment guaranteeing adults 21 and older the right to possess up to one ounce of cannabis and to cultivate, harvest, and store up to five plants for personal use — free of criminal sanction. The General Assembly would regulate production, processing, and sale, and Kentucky voters would ratify the amendment.
