KCFC 501c(4) is the largest cannabis civil rights group, with over 55,000 Kentuckians and a 5-star review. We are committed to enlightening the public about the benign, therapeutic, and economic advantages of this ancient and valuable plant.
Similar to other states, Kentucky could regulate cannabis for individuals over 21, offering more societal benefits than the current criminalization approach.
We aim to advocate for legal changes. KCFC believes in fostering a community where open dialogue and education about cannabis can thrive. By promoting honest conversations and sharing factual information, we strive to dispel myths and reduce the stigma associated with cannabis use. Our goal is to create a more informed and compassionate society that recognizes the multifaceted benefits of cannabis.
We encourage our members and supporters to engage in civic activities, such as contacting local representatives, participating in public forums, and supporting legislation that aligns with our mission. Together, we can work towards a future where cannabis is legally recognized and appreciated for its contributions to wellness and the economy.
Thank you for being a part of this crucial movement. Your support and involvement are invaluable as we continue to advocate for sensible and just cannabis policies. Let's make a difference, one step at a time.

We are proud to announce the 120 Counties, One Voice Virtual Tour!
Beginning this summer, the Kentucky Cannabis Freedom Coalition (KCFC) will embark on a statewide virtual tour to connect with supporters in every one of Kentucky's 120 counties. Our goal is simple: to hear directly from Kentuckians, educate the public about our cannabis reform legislation, answer questions, recruit local volunteers, and demonstrate to our elected officials that support for reform exists across the entire Commonwealth.
The complete tour schedule is now available on our website at www.legalizekentucky.com. Simply click the "120 Counties, One Voice Virtual Tour" link to view the schedule and register for your county's meeting. Registration is required to attend.
We encourage everyone to find their county on the schedule and mark their calendars. Each one-hour virtual meeting will provide an opportunity to learn more about our proposed legislation, share your thoughts, ask questions, and discover how you can help advance cannabis reform in Kentucky.
This tour is one of the most ambitious grassroots outreach efforts KCFC has ever undertaken. By meeting with residents from every county, we hope to build stronger local networks, give every community a voice in the conversation, and show legislators that support for sensible cannabis reform reaches every corner of Kentucky—not just our largest cities.
As the tour progresses, and if scheduling permits, we also hope to visit select regions in person to meet with supporters, community leaders, and local businesses.
Together, we can ensure that every county is represented, every voice is heard, and every Kentuckian has an opportunity to help shape the future of cannabis reform.
One Commonwealth. 120 Counties. One Voice. Let Kentucky Vote.
