Four ways to help put cannabis decriminalization on the Kentucky ballot. Pick one — or do all four.
The goal: let Kentuckians vote on decriminalization — adults 21 and over, up to 1 ounce, and cultivate, harvest, and store up to 5 plants for personal use.
Action 1 — Sign the Petition
Add your name to “Put Cannabis Decriminalization on the Kentucky Ballot.” Every signature shows lawmakers that Kentuckians want a vote.
Action 2 — Drop Your County
Drop your county on the interactive map and show that support comes from all 120 Kentucky counties — not just Louisville and Lexington.
Action 3 — Make the 30-Second Call
Call the Kentucky legislative message hotline. They count every call.
“Hi, my name is ___ and I’m a voter in ___. I’m asking you to support letting Kentuckians vote on cannabis decriminalization — adults 21 and over, an ounce, five plants at home. Thank you.”
Action 4 — Volunteer with KCFC
Help at petition tables and events, share posts, or become a county captain. Tell us where you are and how much time you can give — even a few hours a month helps.
Fuel the Fight — Donate to KCFC
A donation keeps the campaign running.
Done all four? Tell a friend — every new signature, county drop, and call moves this closer to the ballot.
