Good news for Mason County patients: Speakeasy Dispensary officially opens its newest Kentucky medical cannabis location today, Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 11 AM, at 317 W. 2nd St. in historic downtown Maysville, right in front of Caproni’s on the River.
This is Speakeasy’s eighth Kentucky location — joining Ashland, Bowling Green, Corbin, Lexington, Nortonville, Princeton, and Stanford — and it brings regulated medical cannabis access closer to home for patients in Maysville, Mason County, and surrounding communities who have had to travel to reach a licensed dispensary.
Patients visiting the new shop will find a growing selection of Kentucky medical cannabis products, including flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates, in a welcoming, education-first setting with staff to answer questions and offer personalized guidance.

Speakeasy is partnering with local medical providers to offer low-cost patient drives in Maysville, helping new and existing patients obtain or renew their Kentucky medical cannabis certification.
For just $25 for new certifications and renewals, patients can meet with a licensed medical cannabis practitioner and receive an evaluation, notary services, and assistance with their state application, all in one convenient appointment. An additional $25 state application fee is required and paid directly to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Walk-ins may be accommodated as scheduling allows.
