Save the date: High Profile Cannabis in Lexington is holding its grand opening celebration on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
The day includes a ribbon-cutting at 4:20 PM with local leaders at 130 W. Tiverton Way, near Fayette Mall in Lexington. There will also be an on-site patient drive with Kentucky Marijuana Card for anyone who still needs a card, plus a food truck, vendor pop-ups, and grand opening promotions.
Registered patients and caregivers can shop in-store, use the drive-thru, or pre-order for pickup, and anyone working toward a medical card is welcome to stop by the patient drive.
High Profile Lexington is C3 Industries’ third Kentucky dispensary and the second licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Fayette County, following openings in London in May and Wilder in August. The company also plans to open in Shelbyville before the end of the year.
